SHIPPING INFORMATION

Elysian Creative Studio makes exclusive use of MDS Collivery for all our deliveries.

Clients can expect an email confirmation once your courier has been booked. This email will contain your supplied address, contact info, estimated delivery time and waybill number for purposes of tracking. 

General information:

  1. Your package can be tracked using your waybill number on www.collivery.net/tracking
  2. Packages are delivered to main city centres within 2 business days and outlying areas can take up to 5 business days. 
  3. Elysian Creative is not responsible for missed deliveries if the incorrect address information has been provided and rearrangement of your delivery is for your own cost.
  4. We charge a flat shipping fee of R115 for our shop products provided they fit into an A3 flyer bag. Should they not fit into this bag we will provide you with a custom quote for your own cost. 
  5. Our flat shipping fee does not cover international courier costs and is only local to within South Africa.
