Album Design Process

OUR DESIGN SERVICES

Designing an album doesn’t need to feel complicated or overwhelming. My process is intentionally structured to feel calm, guided, and transparent — so you always know what to expect and what comes next. I take on a limited number of album design clients each month to ensure every project receives the time and care it deserves.

STEP 1

SECURE YOUR DESIGN SPOT

I accept only three album design clients per month. This allows me to give each album my full attention, without rushing the creative process. To begin: - Choose to move forward with an album design - Secure your design slot with payment Once your slot is confirmed, your project is officially scheduled.

STEP 2

SELECT YOUR IMAGES

You’ll select the images you’d like included in your album and send them through via Dropbox or WeTransfer. As a general guide: 20 pages → ±80 images 40 pages → ±100 images 60 pages → ±120 images 80 pages → ±140 images 100 pages → ±160 images This ensures your images have space to breathe and your story unfolds naturally.

STEP 3

ALBUM DESIGN

Once your payment and images have been received, I’ll begin designing your album. Design time is typically within 10 business days once work begins Each album is custom designed — no templates, no shortcuts You’ll receive a digital proof once the design is complete.

STEP 4

REVIEW & REVISIONS

Your album design includes one full revision prior to print. You’ll be able to: Review your album digitally Request adjustments to layout or image selection Additional revisions, if needed, are charged per spread and invoiced before printing.

STEP 5

PRINTING & DELIVERY

Once your album is approved, it is sent to print. Printing takes approximately 15–28 working days depending on the album type You’ll receive an estimated completion date once your album goes to print. Your finished album will be delivered to you once printing is complete.
